This committee is responsible for assisting the club treasurer in developing the annual budget and with collecting all monies for player registration, gate admissions, spirit wear, concessions and special events.
This committee is responsible for managing all club fundraising efforts. Members of this committee will be asked to coordinate, promote participation and produce club approved fundraising events. Example Events Include:

HOSPITALITY - MUSTANG MOMS
This committee is responsible for managing and assigning volunteers to serve pre-game meals, corral tailgate dinners, coaches’ meals on Sunday, press box hospitality, post game meals, meet the mustangs and decorate locker rooms, coordinate senior night, sell spirit wear and coordinate weekly player awards for the high school program.
This committee is responsible for collecting player, sponsor and all other information to be included in the annual Game Day Media Guide. Members of this committee will assist in collecting all information to be included, solicit for advertisers, and provide the graphic design, layout and printing of the Game Day Media Guide.
This Committee is responsible managing concessions and volunteers for the high school and middle school programs. Members of this committee will help purchase and maintain accountability of the required inventories needed for the concession stand for both programs. A member of this committee will also be at each game to manage all parent and community volunteer workers during concession stand operations.
This Committee is responsible for helping to market and promote the KMHS Football program and achievements of our players and coaches. Members of this committee will help maintain open communications with the local media, Kennesaw Mountain TV, high school and middle school administration. They will assist Coach Scott with preparing the “Coaches Corner” written articles and videos for KMTV, the KMHS Football Website and other media outlets.
BUILDING & GROUNDS:
This Committee is responsible for maintaining the grounds and all facilities inside Mustang Stadium and KMHS Practice Field #2. Members of this committee will help coordinate “Clean-Up Day” prior to the start of the season and manage any field or facility maintenance contracts of the booster club.
END OF THE YEAR BANQUET:
This committee is responsible for preparing and producing the end of year banquet for the high school and middle school programs. Members of this committee shall secure an appropriate location with public address system and a sponsor for food and beverages. They shall secure awards, recognition and giveaways approved by the club board of directors. The committee shall produce a well deserved and memorable year end event for our coaches, players, parents and volunteers.
JR. MUSTANGS FOOTBALL:
This committee is responsible for assisting the Club Vice President in managing all aspects of the middle school football program. Members of this committee will include the Middle School Program Director, Team Moms, Georgia Middle School Association (GMSAA) Game Managers and parent volunteers. Members of this committee shall coordinate player registration, equipment and uniform distribution and maintenance, 6th, 7th, and 8th grade team moms, booster club membership, fundraising and volunteers for gate admissions, chain crews, and the concession stand for all home games. One or more members of this committee will serve as the GMSAA Game Manager responsible for ensuring officials, announcers, concession volunteers, gate volunteers, and chain crews are scheduled for each home game and that arrangement for first aid, ambulance service, field security and player hydration is scheduled and managed for each home game.
JR. MUSTANGS TEAM MOM / DAD:
Each 6th, 7th and 8th grade football team will need to designate an individual to serve as the Team Mom/Dad. This individual will assist the Head grade level Coach with administrative duties and shall serve as the team liaison to the parents. The individual is responsible for helping coordinate player registration, uniform and equipment distribution, maintaining the team roster, assisting the head coach with team communications, coordinating team parent volunteers for various needs including spirit wear sales, entry gate, concessions and chains. They will also attend and represent their team at the Mustang Football Booster Club meetings. All Team Mom/Dads will work closely with the Vice President of KMHS Football Booster Club to ensure assigned volunteers are signed up and present to work on game day. The Team Mom/Dads collectively will assist with coordination of the end of the year banquet for the middle school program.
